You can choose a first course, a second and dessert. In the first courses there are recipes such as the Cinctorrana pot, soup "with ball" or fritters, beans with partridge, our salads, etc. In the second courses within the great variety we will highlight the Iberian pork cheek, the quail in pickled sauce and the pig's trotters in sauce · Price per person: 15,00€ · VAT included

Since 1978, our cuisine combines tradition with innovation without forgetting the old recipes of our village. We have very popular menus as the Faixero Tasting Menu or the Truffle, Hunting and Mushroom Menus.

The Faixero has two dining rooms decorated with different materials such as stone, wood and iron. The contrast can also be seen in its cuisine, that combines tradition and innovation. You will have the opportunity to taste different menus such as “The Faixero”, “Tasting Menu”, and some seasonal products such as the “hunting products”, “mushroom” or “truffle”. We have more than 30 years experience in cooking after the old Ring (1978).
